前兩天的旅程都是長途拉車，中午買個速食裹腹，晚上則是自己煮，這天到了洛磯山脈中最熱鬧的班夫鎮，當然就找間餐廳打打牙祭囉。
不愛西式食物的我選了間網路上評價不錯的韓國餐廳，許多旅行團都會安排到這裡用餐。餐廳位在班夫的主街Banff Ave上，後面就是停車場，不論開車或是走路交通都很方便。
停好車後我們從後門進入，餐廳剛好有旅行團在用餐，整間店滿滿的人，工作人員請我們過個半小時再回來。
於是我們到主街旁的商店逛逛，發現其中一間紀念品店販賣著各式各樣的化石，我想可能是因為國家公園內有著好多座冰河，而冰河融化後的冰礫石堆中很容易發現遠古時候代的化石吧!!
逛了半小時左右，肚子也餓了，該回去餐廳吃飯。一踏出店門口，發現外面好像在下雨，不對，是在下雪!!
超喜歡雪的我趕緊拿起相機錄影，可惜因為雪太小，根本看不出來，只好改回拍照模式。沒一會兒，雪愈下愈大，拍了幾張照片過過癮後天色也暗了下來，該進去吃飯了，吃完飯還得趕路到Canmore住宿呢!
少了滿滿的旅行團，餐廳空了許多，我們點了牛小排烤肉和一個石鍋拌飯。
韓國餐廳最棒的就是有好幾道小菜，而且吃不夠還可以續。
石鍋拌飯(CND$14)上桌後，我們發現雖然料看起很多，賣相也不錯，可是攪拌後飯太濕軟了，成不了鍋巴，沒辦法吃到拌飯最好吃那香香的鍋巴，味道只是一般而已。
這是我們點的牛小排(CND$20)，別看這樣肉好像不是很多，我們吃的還挺滿足的呢。
烤肉會由服務人員來幫忙烤，他先將肉放上鐵盤，烤到血水出來後再翻面，等到烤到可以吃的程度後，再幫我們將牛小排剪成小塊，方便食用。
牛小排不論是配飯吃或是用生菜包著一起吃，都很好吃喔~

2010-12-07 於 23:18我還以為續小菜只有台灣才有的…..不過那個飯看起來真的很不優，難得看了都不會想吃，牛小排倒是粉吸引人啦~

我蠻愛吃石鍋拌飯,只是到現在還沒吃到一家讓我很滿意的(以前覺得滿意的店不知是搬家還是收掉了),妳如果知道再告訴我吧!!

2010-12-22 於 22:50I have been there once, it is correct to say I worked at the resturant once long time ago. I made yhe fixed beef and also the stone bowl stir vegetable rice, it is ‘shi guo ban fan’ too. Chinese is much easier to express! Anyway it seems too much water. It is all the chef’s mistake. He or she must figure out the materials’ conditions. When the stone bowl is not hot enough it can be happen. I saw that the bowl is not big enough, if used bigger one, when you stir it, lots of
water can be vaperred,so the dish can be yummy.

真想吃到好吃的石鍋拌飯啊!!

The dish is not easy to be attractive to msny people if the chef’s technic is not good. I love to eat it, but it needs so many things to prepare. It takes time. I don’t think you can find out a good resturant to serve delisious one in Taiwan. Come to korea to have. You can easily find out a delisious one instantly. I like the country,Taiwan. I love the foods
in there on the streets.

目前我吃過最好吃的韓國餐廳在美國紐約,或許因為紐約是Big apple,各國的人都很多說…

Yes, New york should have many good restursnts due to many people come from many countries, such a ‘melting pot’ it is! I love to be there one day with family,Taiwan too! I have been there many times. I love the foods on the streets. You are looking for a korean food but I like Taiwanes food. One day I would like to be to study the foods! Those are so yummy!

2011-01-04 於 00:38其實我沒有特別想找韓國食物耶,只要是亞洲食物我都很愛,台灣小吃,香港點心粥麵,日本料理,燒肉,泰國菜….都好好吃喔~

When I was Taiwan, especially in Taipei most weekend night I went to the night markets to have ‘xiao chi’ It was the best idea having delicious food atcthe night markets. I loved it. There were lots of foods and I had many kinds of it. Teresa xiao jiae don' you think is it so weird each of us speak different languages, but still can communicate? Anyway so thanks to remind me the memories at the Banff and also in Taiwan. Xie xie
